What are your delivery options?

All orders are dispatched by courier. This ensures you receive your order at the most convenient date/time/location as fast as possible! If our courier partner does not deliver to the address you have specified, please contact us to see if we can assist you via another method.

How soon will you dispatch my goodies?

Yes, we know you are as eager to get your hands on our goodies! We target to dispatch all paid for orders within one working day of receiving payment. Successful payments made via credit card can be dispatched as soon as we receive payment notification (usually instant). If you have chosen to pay via EFT or bank deposit, your order will only be dispatched once your payment has cleared into our bank account. Orders are not dispatched on Friday afternoon after the courier pickup cut-offs, public holidays and weekends.

How long before I get my goodies in my hand?

Our courier partners take 2-5 working days depending on where in South Africa are you based. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Our courier partners do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as breakdowns, strikes, road closures, adverse weather etc. As these events are beyond the control of both our super efficient dispatch team and our equally awesome courier partners, a delayed delivery due will not be ground for refund or cancellation of an order.

Do you offer FREE delivery?

Stock up on our great goodies to avail of FREE shipping! Orders over R850 (excluding delivery cost) qualify for free shipping within South Africa. For dispatching of all qualifying orders within main centers, we will use our courier partners.

For orders that do not qualify for FREE delivery, how much will it cost me?

We offer the following delivery options:

  1. Within Cape Town and immediate surrounds – Courier Delivery
  2. Main Centers within South Africa (Bloemfontein, Durban, East London, George, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth and Pretoria) – Courier Delivery
  3. Areas outside of local and national main centers – Courier Delivery if our courier partners service them
  4. Remote farms, mines and such – Unfortunately cannot deliver if courier partners do not service the area

Your shipping rates will be calculated while check-out and will be displayed to you before proceeding for payment. The shipping cost depends on your location and order quantity. Our online store will offer you the correct charge based on your delivery postal code during the checkout process. If no option is not displayed, then couriers do not service your address. Should you still want to get your order via a courier, please get in touch with us and we will gladly assist you with the additional cost and options to your address (if possible).

Can I track my order?

Yes, of course! Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with all the details so you can track your order. Tracking information would be found on the courier website.

Hey, my parcel was damaged in transit!

Oh no! Accidents do happen and we are here to make it better! If your parcel arrives damaged in transit, please let us know immediately. Please include pictures of the outside and inside of the package as well as the waybill so we can work on rectifying the situation ASAP!

Hey, this is not what I ordered?

Oops! We made a rare mistake and we are here to make it better! If we you received items that you did not order, please let us know immediately. Please include pictures of the contents of the package so we can work on rectifying the situation ASAP!

I changed my mind and want to return my order, now what?

We would be more than happy to issue you a refund should your order arrive damaged in transit or we have erroneously dispatched you an incorrect product (oops!). We do not offer return and refunds on orders other than incorrect dispatch, insufficient quantity or damage in transit. All qualifying returns are processed for refunds within 5 working days.
