We offer the following payment options:
PayFast is a payment gateways and allows us to accept payments from a variety of payment methods, including credit card, Instant EFT, Masterpass, mobicred, SCode, RCS store cards, MoreTyme and debit card. In order to do this, we will securely redirect you to their gateway as the checkout process ends.
PayFast has a multitude of checks in place to protect both us and you from fraudulent transactions. Please see more about their security interventions here.
As a result, we do not hold or even see any of your financial information (like credit/debit card details).
PayFast payments are normally instant and payment notifications would be automatically sent to you as well as our team (and website).
If you chose to make an EFT, we will send you an invoice by email including our bank details. Until you have made payment, we will mark the order as “Pending”. As soon as the funds clear in our account, we will complete the order dispatch it within 1 working day.
If you choose to make an over-the-counter cash deposit, we will add a 4% surcharge to the invoice. These are the additional fees bank charge for receiving cash.
How we handle orders whilst we are waiting for payment
- If payment has not been received within 48 hours of placing an order, the order will be cancelled.
- For sale items or low stock items, orders will be cancelled if payment in not received within 2 hours.
