We offers the following payment options:
If you chose to make an EFT, we will send you an invoice by email including our bank details. Until you have made payment, we will mark the order as “Pending”. As soon as the funds clear in our account, we will complete the order dispatch it within 1 working day.
If you choose to make an over-the-counter cash deposit, we will add a 4% surcharge to the invoice. These are the additional fees bank charge for receiving cash.
How we handle orders whilst we are waiting for payment
We will cancel orders after 5 working days where payment has not been received.
For items that are on sale or short on stock, orders that remain unpaid will be cancelled within 1 working day. This will ensure that paid orders will be fulfilled.
