Refunds and Returns

We do not offer returns but would be more than happy to issue you a refund on your order IF

  • Your order arrived to you damaged in transit; OR
  • We have erroneously dispatched you an incorrect product (oops!).

We do not offer return and refunds for reasons outside the two we have listed above.

All qualifying returns are processed for refunds within 5 working days. If you have chosen to pay using a credit card, the qualifying refund will be processed into the same credit card.
