By using this website you agree to follow and be bound by the following terms of use (“terms”). These terms and conditions govern your (“the user”) use of the website www.thegreatcoza.com (“the website” and “the provider”). We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms whenever you visit our website.

E-Commerce & Privacy 

The Website sells lifestyle, skin & bodycare and nutrition products online. The use of any product or service bought from the Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.

The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information (delivery address and contact phone number) will be made known to third parties delivering the product. Credit card details are not kept by the Provider under any circumstances.

The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device. These devices include but are not limited to the User’s Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website. Unfortunately, security breaches may occur as a result inadequate virus protection software or spyware/malware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and cannot be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the User’s chosen delivery address.

Refund and Return Policy 

The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the Provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Should an item arrive to you damaged in transit or you have been erroneously dispatched an incorrect product, the Provider will refund the client in full within 30 days subject to Returns and Refunds processes. Return and refunds without a valid reason such as incorrect dispatch, insufficient quantity or damage in transit will not be entertained.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise noted, all materials on this website, including text, images, illustrations, icons, photographs, video clips and other materials, and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and other intellectual property in such materials (“content”) are owned, controlled or licensed by the provider its Affiliates (“affiliates” includes any other entity controlling, controlled by or under common control with the Provider, where “control” means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct the management and policies of an entity, whether through voting securities, contract or otherwise.).

Content is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. No right, title or interest in downloaded content is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or exploit content in any way. Limitation of liability 

The Website and all Content on the Website, including any current or future offer of products or services, are provided on an “as is” basis, and may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Owners make no warranty or representation as to the availability, accuracy or completeness of the Content. Neither Provider nor any holding company, affiliate or subsidiary of Provider, shall be held responsible for any direct or indirect special, consequential or other damage of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred, related to the use of, or the inability to access or use the Content or the Website or any functionality thereof, or of any linked website, even if Provider is expressly advised thereof.

Casual Surfing

The User may visit the Website without providing any personal information. The Website’s servers will in such instances collect information. This information is aggregated to measure the number of visits, average time spent at the Website, pages viewed, etc. The Provider uses this information to determine use of the Website, and to improve Content thereon. Provider assumes no obligation to protect this information, and may copy, distribute or otherwise use such information without limitation.

We will never collect email addresses UNLESS processing an order.

Choice of Law 

This Website is controlled, operated and administered by Provider from its offices within the Republic of South Africa. Access to the Website from territories or countries where the Content or purchase of the products sold on the Website is illegal is prohibited. The User may not use this Website in violation of South African export laws and regulations. If the User accesses this Website from locations outside of South Africa, that User is responsible for compliance with all local laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the User consents to the jurisdiction of the Cape Town High Court in the event of any dispute. If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of these Terms and Conditions, and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and the User with regard to the use of the Content and this Website.

Merchant outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The local currency is South African Rand (ZAR or R in short), therefore, all transactions will be processed in South African Rands.

The provider accepts payment only through a EFT into their account or over the counter cash deposit into their account. An extra charge will be invoiced for over-the-counter cash deposit.

Our banking details will be sent via email once you complete your order.

Orders will only be dispatched once payments are received. The Provider reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not made within 48 hours of the invoice. 2 Consecutive unpaid orders from a User will result in removal of the profile from the Website.


You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the provider its affiliates (including their members, officers, directors, employees and agents) harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, related to or arising out of your use of the website and/or your breach of the terms.


It is our mission that all information on this website is accurate and up to date, and that all products cause no harm to our customers or the environment. However, due to the possibility of human and technical error, the Provider accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information provided on the website. Neither do we accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that any of our products may cause.
